Bit Digital furnishes September 2026 investor deck for Moody and H.C. Wainwright
Bit Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: BTBT) filed a Form 8-K dated September 9, 2026, under Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure, attaching Exhibit 99.1, an Investor Deck dated September 2026. The company said representatives began using the slides with investors on September 9 and may use them at the Moody Capital Solutions 2026 Disruptive Growth & Life Sciences Conference on September 9–10 and the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference on September 14–16. Deck figures are largely as of July 31, 2026, unless noted: about 164,842 ETH/lsETH valued at about $306.7 million; about 74,174 ETH/lsETH staked at a 3.2% indicated annual yield; roughly 60% ownership of WhiteFiber (about 27.0 million WYFI shares valued at about $640.9 million at $23.70); and an illustrative market net asset value (mNAV, a non-GAAP mark of ETH plus WYFI holdings less a $150 million note) of $2.21 per share versus a $1.31 share price (about a 41% discount). On WhiteFiber AI infrastructure, the deck shows about 11 MW online in 2025, targeting about 70 MW online by the end of 2026, an approximate 1.5 GW pipeline, about 7,500 NVIDIA graphics processing units (GPUs) contracted, and more than 20 customers with definitive agreements. Financing color includes a Galaxy ETH-backed credit facility to Bit Digital at about 5.45% and a delayed-draw term loan from Bit Digital to WhiteFiber of up to $100 million expandable to $150 million (9.5% stepping down to 8.0%, 3% original-issue discount) for WhiteFiber buildouts including NC-1. The 8-K states the deck is furnished, not “filed” for Section 18 liability, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Why it matters
This is the first covered-name Form 8-K in the window and gives IR audiences an updated public packaging of Bit Digital’s Ethereum treasury plus WhiteFiber AI campus and cloud metrics ahead of two September conferences. It is presentation material with as-of dates, not a new lease, interconnection award, or closed financing.

Risks
- Most quantitative slides are as of July 31, 2026 (or other noted dates), not live September 9 operating results.
- mNAV is a non-GAAP illustration and is not a GAAP balance-sheet figure.
- GPU, megawatt, pipeline, and customer counts are company presentation figures and may change.
- Regulation FD furnishing does not make the deck “filed” for Exchange Act Section 18 liability unless the company says so.
