Bitdeer August update: AI Cloud ARR about $86 million; A102 fully contracted
Bitdeer filed its August 2026 production and operations update on Form 6-K. AI Cloud annualized recurring revenue rose to about $86 million from about $76 million in July. Deployed GPUs were 4,328; utilization 92%; GPUs under external subscription 3,998. The company said its 9.5 MW A102 Malaysia facility is 100% contracted ahead of energization through long-term commitments, representing more than $800 million in total expected revenue, with revenue recognition expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027. It also signed a non-binding letter of intent for an AI data center in Bhutan’s Gelephu Mindfulness City targeting an initial 30 MW of renewable hydro/solar capacity with a pathway to 500 MW.
