Quiet tape Monday: no new covered IR or large-load filings since Friday
From Friday’s close through Monday morning Pacific, covered neo-cloud and miner-to-data-center investor-relations pages and SEC EDGAR current reports (Forms 8-K and 6-K) showed no new material campus, power, financing, or customer releases. Public Utility Commission of Texas Interchange filings were unchanged on Projects 58481, 59142, 58482, and 58555. The Electric Reliability Council of Texas market-notice archive showed no new Batch Zero or large-load notice dated September 19–21. Prior cards already on the tape — CoreWeave’s priced $3.7 billion convertible notes (settlement still scheduled September 22), CleanSpark’s priced $2.276 billion Sandersville notes (expected close September 25), and the September 18 Order Adopting new 16 Texas Administrative Code §25.194 (effective October 8) — are not rehashed.
Why it matters
A true quiet Monday after a heavy Friday capital-markets and rule-adoption window. The tape’s action is forward deadlines (Batch 1+ survey COB today; convert settlement and Project 58555 workshop tomorrow), not overnight filings.
