Vineland, N.J. campus tied to Nebius still under air and stop-work pressure
NJDEP has said no air permits are issued and none are under review for on-site generators. The city issued stop-work orders Aug 6 (LNG tank) and Aug 10 (Bloom fuel cells). Microsoft is the offtaker on Nebius’s reported AI deal; Microsoft declined comment in that piece. NJDEP full compliance determination has no date.
