Bitfarms filed as Keel. The campuses did not relocate.

A Delaware rename does not change Quebec hydro or a LatAm conversion timeline.

Summary

EDGAR now lists CIK 0001812477 as Keel Infrastructure Corp., formerly Bitfarms Ltd (filings through March 31, 2026). The ticker is still BITF. The August 10 10-Q is the current operating paper. HPC Daily keeps Bitfarms on the masthead because that is the name the tape still uses — and because a rename is not a campus strategy. Hydro in Canada and conversion talk in LatAm remain the beat.

Why it matters

Same pattern as Cipher and IREN: IR wants the equity out of a bucket. The 10-Q has not left the bucket. Watch power and any actual HPC contract. Do not watch the letterhead.

Companies affected

Risks

  • A US corporate rename can confuse EDGAR alerts if you still search only ‘Bitfarms.’
  • LatAm conversion timelines are permitting- and power-constrained.
  • The April S-3ASR is shelf capacity under the new legal name.
